朝星ヨガはキルタン、アジアのインドを中心とした伝統呼吸法、アーサナ、そしてハンドパン、ディジュドリゥなどによる生音楽器のライブミュージックファイナルリラクゼーションを行う予定です。キルタン前は地球圏インド地方に伝わるラーガ、伝統音階と歌唱法も学習していきます。時間は日本時間１０時から１１時まで。動きやすい服装とメモを取る準備もしておいてください。

１０：００〜キルタンチャンティング５0分程度、呼吸法1５分程度、アーサナ４５分程度、そしてファイナルリラクゼーション１０分を予定していますので、ピンポイントで受講したい方も可能です。クラスはズームオンラインで開催します、そして、クラス内容はイベントページにて確認してください。

While Kirtan, We gonna learn how to sing well with Harmonium, Keyboard or any instruments & Raaga basic with warm up for kirtan chanting earthly and spacey appreciate for all like nature attitude with in this planet. so, Please come for class with flexible wear which not too tight for urself and bring things which prepare for memo on while class. and also possible for record oppotunity when person who come to class.
